Hotel Dolonne is a very good hotel and we stayed here for 2 nights in January 2013 and found it to be very good. Lovely family run hotel in an interesting old castle style building. The Dolonne ski lift is a short walk from the hotel and takes you into the same skiing point as the cable car from Courmayeur. The restaurant serves international dishes and local specialties. Rooms here all have mountain views and most have a balcony. Guests can relax in the lounge area where there is a fireplace and Wi-Fi internet access. That was great. Children can learn to ski at the special slope, 100 meters away and play in the fun park. In the summer months, the Dolonne Hotel is surrounded by hiking and mountain biking paths. Recommended hotel!
